Webspace
Students working together using a laptop Using webspace is an easy way to share documents with teachers and students in your partner school(s), giving both of you access to each other's work in its latest version.

Project documents with a lot of images, PowerPoints, audio or video clips often become too heavy to email back and forth, and they are only available to the recipient of the mail. You can easily share these documents using a webspace. You can also:
  • share lesson plans, a calendar of the project, useful resources, and anything else you like with other teachers without clogging up your email account
  • easily access your work from any PC, so you could work on the plan or teaching material from home, upload to the webspace, then download and finish in school
  • collaborate with other teachers or students on work stored in a shared webspace
  • post assignments for students to download
  • view finished assignments your students have uploaded.

There are a number of school friendly systems that provide this type of service. Check out who offers webspace using the Comparison Table.
