How to apply
The International School
Award has three different categories: the Full ISA and two
'stepping stones' to gaining the full award: Foundation ISA and
Intermediate ISA.
Schools can apply for the
category which they feel is suited to the international work in
their school; it is not necessary to apply for each category in
turn.
- Registration - the first
step
- Foundation - suitable for schools
embarking on international work and intending to
set up links
- Intermediate - suitable for schools
who have a European or a global link and have done some
international work
- Full ISA - a process over one school
year whereby work is planned, shown to be embedded, and
evidence and evaluation are submitted
- Portfolio submission - for
schools that have had their action plans approved and are on the
second stage of the Full ISA
- Re-accreditation
International activities
An international activity is
