Don't wait for schools to get in touch: search on the map to find partners that might suit you. Email ten or so and see what replies you get. And keep your profile refreshed and up to date. More>>>
 
Be sure to fill in all the fields in the registration form. Then email us and we will send suggested partner schools. partnerfinding@globalgateway.org
 
The contact details available on the database are the only contact details held for the school. We cannot provide you with any further contact details. Please ensure that you have tried every medium available including email, letter and telephone if appropriate.

 

It is advisable not to concentrate all your efforts on one selected school. Try contacting 3 or 4 which seem to be interested in the same project work as you. This will greatly increase your chances of gaining a response.

 
You need to register your school on the Global Gateway website so that other schools can view your profile for a potential link. To register your school, please fill out the form on this website. Register your school
 
You many need to provide a reference in order to be verified. Once this has been completed, you will receive an email and your login will be activated.

Please use our partner organisation ePALS at www.epals.com for class-based penfriend links via email. You can email us for extra help tracking down an ePals match for you.
 
You should login and view the school's profile on the Gateway. You can access it by typing the name (or part of) into the search box on the partner-finding map. If the school is not listed on the Global Gateway it has not been verified and you should contact us or make arrangements to verify yourself that a genuine school has contacted you. More>>>

You can see the date registered and date last active on a school's profile. This will give you some idea of how likely they are to respond. If you are not having any luck, just email us and we'll suggest schools that are ready to partner.
